Buddy Belts First Order of 2026 Sale – Wholesale Terms and Conditions

By participating in Buddy Belts’ First Order of 2026 Sale, wholesale customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Offer Details

  1. Discount:
    • Wholesale customers receive 10% off their first order of 2026. There is a $5000, for a maximum discount of $500.
  1. Eligibility:
    • Offer valid on one order per customer. Any additional orders placed during the duration of the sale will not be eligible for discount.
    • Discounts apply only to the cart subtotal (before taxes, shipping, or any other fees).
  2. Exclusions: The discount is not applicable to:
    • Items already on sale, Liquidation, or otherwise reduced.
    • Gift Cards
    • Any new products, colours or collections that may launch during the promotion period

Promotion Period

  • The Sale begins on Thursday, Jan 1, 2026, at 00:00 EDT and ends on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 23:59 EDT. Orders must be placed and completed within this timeframe to qualify for the promotional discounts.

Usage Restrictions

  1. Non-Stackable Discounts: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discount codes.
  2. Limitations on Adjustments: Discounts will not be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion period or to purchases made after the promotional period ends.

Order Policies

  1. Availability: Discounts are valid while supplies last. Buddy Belts reserves the right to limit quantities per order or customer if necessary.

  1. Fraud Prevention: Buddy Belts reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, violate these terms, or abuse the promotion.
