1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days of receipt.
– Items must not be worn or used.
– Items must be returned with original tags and bone charms attached (when applicable)

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees related to the return or exchange of goods, including the cost of returning the item(s) back to Buddy Belts.

**Please verify correct sizing of your pet before ordering by using our Measure and Fit Guide.

2. Instructions for Returns

Please email us at customerservice@buddy-belts.com indicating your invoice # and the items you wish to return/exchange. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return items. Please ensure proper insurance for your package.

All returns must be sent to:

**Couriers are not accepted at this address. Please send by regular mail service.
**Customs information must be indicated as “Return/Warranty” with a declared value of $15.

Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form the original payment was made.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

An order may be altered or cancelled prior to shipping. You may be charged a 5% restocking fee to cover PayPal fees associated with the transaction. Once an order has been shipped we cannot make any changes.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

In case of a product defect or item error, we will happily exchange your item(s). Please contact us within two (2) days or receiving you shipment for further details.

5. Shipping Methods and Charges

We hand-make all of our products- because of this, we will occasionally experience production delays. Please allow up to 4 business days for our staff to make your order. If we are experiencing a delay of more than 2 additional business days, we will try our best to notify you, and provide shipping updates. If you have any questions regarding our timelines, please send us an email and a member of our customer service team will respond as quickly as possible.

Please note that only orders shipped via FedEx to the United States or to international addresses will receive a tracking number. For Canadian delivery addresses, we use Canada Post Expedited, with tracking. Packages shipped to the United States with Canada Post will arrive via USPS Small Packet Air, and do not include tracking.

6. Canada and US Shipping Information

Items are shipped within Canada and the USA based on the method selected during checkout (Canada – FedEx Ground / USA – FedEx Economy or Small Packet Air post). FedEx services include  tracking.

7. International Shipping (outside Canada and USA)

FedEx Economy is the standard shipping option for International orders. Delivery times will vary for each country depending on how long the item takes to clear customs. Please allow 5+ business days for international shipments. We cannot be responsible for delays once the item has been shipped from our premises.

Buddy Belts cannot guarantee replacement of lost items, as many of the items in Buddy’s Boutique are one-of-a-kind, samples or end of line. In the event that Buddy Belts has to replace an item, we will do our best to find a solution that works for the customer.

8. Other Fees

Shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes or other fees charged by the local destination or government. These are billed to you separately. Buddy Belts is not responsible for these fees.

9. Order Tracking

A tracking email will be sent from FedEx to the email provided during checkout/account creation.

10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments

On occasion, and out of the control of Buddy Belts, shipments may be lost, stolen or damaged during delivery. Please contact the carrier (Canada Post) in order to file a claim.

11. Your Buddy’s Boutique Account

All personal information is kept confidential and will not be used, given away or sold for any other purposes.

The email you provide during your first checkout is your login information used during future orders.
